No, we cannot.  SEC rules about investment advice.  We are a newsletter and not Investment advisors.  However, in 98% of the questions about stocks we have seen in the past year (that we could not answer), the following statement applies:

If you had a friend that wanted you to invest $1000 in his hamburger stand, and you ask "How much money do you make every week and what is my cut?" and he said "I lose $175 every week that is why I need your money.", would you give him your $1000?
