Once again, great that they could get it. Very bad that they need it. Deals like this almost ALWAYS dilute the value of the current common shareholder. The infusion is more than half it's stock market valuation, or market cap. A capital infusion that represents 55% of all of it's value, is extremely dilutive to the common share.
