BSC JPM BSC JPM, Sad Bad Mad -- 3/25/2008

stock picksWell; Really.  There may be more lawsuits than this deal can handle.  What the heck is going on.  Something smells real bad to me.  I have been heavily involved in due diligences in two major Fortune 500 mergers, and something is wrong here.  Really wrong.  How can the board approve a $2/share deal in mad panic, and then a week later, the same company offer more than five times for the company.  Something stinks here.

The SEC, DOJ and FBI need to investigate all Executives on both sides of this deal.  I smell something really really wrong.  Good people are getting totally $%^#%.  Employees who worked their whole life are losing everything.  Investors are losing large portions of their savings.  Mutual funds are impacted.  Pensions.  State retirement funds.  What is this thing really worth!!!  I think a lot more.  Companies that IPO with a wish and a prayer, have annual losses for years; have market capitilization bigger than BSC right now.  Ridiculous.  I am mad.  This company has been around since before the Great Depression.  The intrinsic value of this company is huge.  This is just no different than robbing a bank.  Oh wait, it is exactly that.

I am writing to all of my politicians.  You do the same.
